We make no guarantees that data uploaded to this website will not be searchable or mined by search engines or another 3rd party “bots” designed to crawl the web and analyze content.
How long we retain your data
The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely if you leave a comment. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Customer data collected through website forms, such as email addresses and other information, are stored only on our owned servers and databases to operate standard web functionality, such as the digital store and private client areas of the site.
We do not resell, anonymize, or allow 3rd parties to access the website database or servers.
If you request to have your data removed, we will utilize a 3rd party courier to collect and scrub the data from the website and databases. However, we cannot validate any stored data on payment processors. A direct portal to a payment processor is used to secure the payment when you purchase through the website. Any information transmitted, such as credit card information, is handled directly by the payment processor.
